Krabi Villa Build is part of the Krabi Villa Company a professional property Management Company who manage rental and non-rental Villas here in Krabi.

We would firstly like to point out that we are not a construction company but as previously mentioned a property Management Company, who can offer independent sound advice and the services of our property and project managers.

We started our journey with our successful business back in 2005, this is when we decided to purchase a plot of land and began the design work for the build of our first Villa '' Mountain View Villa ''

We started construction in 2006 with the help of our reliable and skilful building team.

The build took approximately 8 Months, once completed we started the build on Villa 2 '' Butterfly Villa ''

Now both Villas are complete, and have been part of our successful Villa rental business.
We now manage 9 Luxury & Exclusive Private Villas.

We have also managed many reconstruction projects for our clients to improve previous poor construction work carried out by other companies.

Some construction companies are now offering what they describe as a one stop shop, this is when all the work including architects, construction team and project managers are carried out by one company under one roof, this might sound convenient at first, however the down side is that everything is being dependently controlled by that one company, there is no independent third party to check the workmanship, materials used and costs as promised by that one construction company.
Our advice is to use independent architects and project mangers which are separate from the construction company, this way everything can be correctly monitored giving you real feedback within your reports.
